- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams including technicians, office staff, and support roles

- Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inventory levels are properly managed
- Maintain compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards
- Ensure a world-class experience for every customer by monitoring service quality and customer feedback
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
- Promote the use of customer feedback tools (e.g., reviews, surveys) to measure and improve performance
- Monitor P&L statements, budgeting, and financial performance
- Set and achieve financial goals including revenue targets, margins, and cost controls
- Analyze key metrics and reports to guide strategic business decisions
- Review pricing, estimates, and job profitability for accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and grow market share
- Build relationships with local partners, vendors, and the community to expand the company’s reputation
- Identify opportunities for new services, offerings, or markets
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, home services, or construction industry
- Proven track record of team development and operational excellence
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with service software and scheduling systems preferred
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
